Procurement & Logistics Manager

OPTES – Optimum Engineering Solutions is hiring an experienced Procurement & Logistics Manager to manage local and international purchasing, supplier coordination, import/export logistics, customs clearance follow-up, shipping documentation, and inventory planning. The role is essential to ensure timely supply of industrial materials, cost control, supplier reliability, accurate documentation, and smooth logistics operations for OPTES trading and manufacturing activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, import/export, or supply chain.

Strong experience in international purchasing, shipping documents, import procedures, and customs clearance.

Experience in industrial, engineering, chemicals, foundry, steel, mining, refractory, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.

Good knowledge of Incoterms, freight forwarding, customs procedures, and supplier negotiation.

Very good English language skills.

Excellent Excel and reporting skills.

Experience with ERP systems is preferred; Odoo experience is a plus.

Strong planning, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple suppliers and shipments at the same time.
