Pre Sales Solution Architect
Visiting job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space
Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors
Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability
Present design concepts and proposals to clients for approval.
Collaborate with technical teams to customize furniture, selecting materials, finishes, and fabrics based on client preferences.
Deliver compelling presentations of design proposals, including detailed price quotes and accurate cost estimations.
Overseeing the buying process of all raw materials and items required to complete the project
Arranging client visits and keeping everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress
Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline
Coordinate with fabrication teams to monitor production, ensuring accurate manufacturing and on-time delivery/installation.
Design showroom layouts, storefronts, and displays to effectively showcase the manufacturing company’s furniture products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, material innovations, and company products to provide expert recommendations.
Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of furniture specifications and space planning.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
Experience in furniture, modular cabinetry, interior fit-out, or architectural sales.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Experience using rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion is an advantage.
- PRC Interior Designer License is a plus but not required.
