Pay : $22.00 - $32.00 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION :

We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life. Your designs will be seen by families, schools, and communities across multiple states — every piece you create is an opportunity to make a powerful first impression.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and digital assets

Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications for LBAPS

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for campaigns and events

Develop templates and style guides for consistent organizational branding

Deliver high-quality design assets on time and within project scope

SKILLS :

Professional portfolio demonstrating print and digital design capabilities

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent

Experience maintaining brand standards across multiple materials

Strong visual communication and typography skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
