Location : New Jersey Compensation : $75,000 + Commission

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and motivated Client Outreach Specialist to help expand our client base and strengthen relationships with partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach to prospective clients and generate qualified leads

Identify and engage key decision-makers within organizations

Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with potential clients

Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination

Develop outreach strategies to expand client engagement and business opportunities

Assist with onboarding coordination for new clients and internal alignment

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Outgoing, confident, and highly proactive personality

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Strong organizational and relationship-building skills

Experience with outreach, cold calling, or business development preferred

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
