Consistent & Reliable: A professional who understands the importance of building routine and providing structure.

Experienced: Background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), special education, or pediatric behavioral support is required.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1-on-1 behavioral support using established ABA strategies.

Implement behavior intervention plans to support positive choices and emotional regulation.

Work on social skills, community outings, and functional daily living skills.
