Florist

Qualification:

• Minimum 1 year experience as Florist / Flower Arranger
• Experienced in handling flower boards, standing flowers, hand bouquets, table arrangements, wedding & event decoration
• Strong artistic sense and creativity in floral arrangement
• Detail-oriented, neat, and able to maintain arrangement quality
• Able to work quickly and under pressure during high order volume
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and willing to learn
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if needed

Job Description:

• Create floral arrangements based on customer requests and company standards
• Handle various floral products including flower boards, standing flowers, bouquets, hampers, and event/wedding decorations
• Ensure the quality, freshness, neatness, and aesthetic value of every arrangement
• Prepare and maintain flowers and supporting materials properly
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable floral design recommendations
• Manage stock and usage of flowers, wrapping materials, ribbons, and supporting tools
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Coordinate with the team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
