Service Delivery Account Assistant Southend on Sea | Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm | Permanent Salary: £28,000PA Looking for a role where no two days are the same? We're looking for a Service Delivery Account Assistant to support a portfolio of key clients, ensuring services are planned, delivered, and completed to the highest standard. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing compliance services business, working alongside an experienced and supportive team. What You'll Be Doing As a key member of the Service Delivery team, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating services from start to finish. Your role will involve: Supporting key accounts and ensuring service delivery meets agreed KPIs Coordinating planned works and liaising with operational teams Managing customer communication and resolving issues quickly and professionally Producing and issuing reports within agreed timescales Monitoring contract performance, financials, and work in progress activity Organising review meetings and maintaining strong client relationships Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience Working closely with colleagues, subcontractors, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery What We're Looking For Strong customer service or account management experience Excellent organisational and administrative skills A proactive and solution-focused approach High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence working independently and as part of a team Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience within service delivery, facilities management, compliance services, maintenance, or a similar environment would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
