Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in education or related field

Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at the elementary level

Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet diverse student needs

Excellent classroom management skills

Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues

Proficiency in using educational technology tools
