Warehouse Operations Assistant (E-Commerce)

As our e-commerce business continues to grow, we are looking for a responsible and motivated  E-Commerce Operations Assistant  to support our daily order fulfilment, inventory and e-commerce operations. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy organized, hands-on work and are interested in gaining experience in e-commerce operations. Responsibilities Pick and pack daily e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and organize parcels for courier collection Receive, check and arrange incoming inventory Perform stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records Prepare bulk stock for  Fulfilled by Shopee (FBS)  inbound shipments Pack, label, verify and organize FBS inventory according to fulfilment requirements Coordinate and prepare bulk inbound stock for collection or delivery to Shopee fulfilment centres Organize products and maintain proper inventory locations Assist with inventory and operational updates using basic computer systems Maintain a clean and organized working environment Support other day-to-day e-commerce operations when required Requirements Responsible, punctual and dependable Detail-oriented with good accuracy Able to follow procedures and complete assigned tasks independently Able to work effectively with colleagues Comfortable with hands-on operational work Able to handle light to moderate cartons Basic computer knowledge Positive working attitude and willingness to learn Prior experience in e-commerce, fulfilment or inventory operations is an advantage but not required What We Offer Competitive salary of $2,400 – $3,100 per month Stable employment with a growing e-commerce company On-the-job training provided Exposure to e-commerce fulfilment, inventory management and FBS operations Opportunities to learn and take on greater operational responsibilities Salary and career progression based on performance and responsibilities
