Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude, creating an exceptional first impression.
• Manage reservations, walk-in guests, and waiting lists efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus while introducing the restaurant concept when appropriate.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize guest comfort and restaurant efficiency.
• Answer phone calls, respond to reservation enquiries, and assist guests with general information.
• Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Monitor the dining area and assist in managing guest flow during peak service periods.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns courteously, escalating issues to Management when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
• Ensure reservation records and guest information are accurately maintained.
• Support promotional activities, special events, and VIP guest arrangements.
• Uphold the restaurant's service standards, grooming requirements, and brand image at all times.
• Assist with other front-of-house operational duties as assigned by Management.
