Creative Marketing Lead

Responsibilities:

Develop a monthly content calendar that aligns with our business goals, drawing inspiration from daily activities, client wins, behind-the-scenes moments, and industry trends. Direct and mentor a team of video editors, graphic designers, and videographers. Assign tasks, provide creative feedback, and ensure brand consistency across all outputs. Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Manage budgets, targeting, and bidding to maximize ROI and lead generation. Develop and execute strategies to directly bring in new clients through both organic and paid channels. Identify high-value target audiences and tailor campaigns to attract them. Create lead magnets, landing pages, and nurture sequences that convert interest into booked services. Proactively identify marketing angles from our daily workflow, turning routine processes into case studies, testimonials, tutorials, or viral social moments. Coordinate shoots, manage post-production timelines, and ensure deliverables are high-quality and on schedule. Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and refine strategies based on data, not just gut feeling.

Requirements:

3 years of experience coordinating marketing efforts, managing creative teams, or outstanding digital marketing skills (portfolio is required). You see content everywhere. You can walk into a room, observe a 10-minute interaction, and pitch three different ways to film or promote it.

You know how to inspire editors and designers to do their best work. Comfortable with scheduling tools, analytics dashboards and familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), basic video/ design principles, and scheduling/analytic tools. Must currently reside in Port Harcourt or must be willing to relocate Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, to craft compelling narratives and lead your team effectively.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 monthly
