Job Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business clients for logistics, parcel delivery, e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile delivery services.

Identify and pursue business opportunities with e-commerce platforms, online retailers, SMEs, corporate clients and third-party logistics providers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer retention, repeat business and revenue growth.

Source new leads, conduct cold calls, arrange client meetings, deliver sales presentations and negotiate commercial terms.

Understand clients’ logistics requirements and propose suitable delivery solutions, including parcel collection, sorting, warehousing, fulfilment and door-to-door delivery.

Prepare quotations, sales proposals, service agreements and tender submissions.

Work closely with operations, fleet management and customer service teams to ensure smooth service implementation and delivery performance.

Monitor sales pipelines, revenue targets, pricing strategies, customer feedback and competitor activities.

Track key sales performance indicators and prepare regular sales reports and business forecasts.

Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, introduce new services and improve overall profitability.
