Ensure inspection processes comply with work instructions, quality plans, drawings, and QMS requirements
Lead cross-functional investigations into customer complaints and internal quality issues; drive corrective and preventive actions
Analyse quality performance data and implement continual improvement initiatives
Conduct internal audits for QMS and customer requirement compliance
Coordinate with customers' third-party inspectors for ongoing and pre-delivery inspections; provide prompt progress updates
Review and sign off material certificates, certificates of conformance, and test reports
Liaise with suppliers and customers on material certificate matters
Manage calibration schedules and maintain the Calibrated Measuring Equipment log for production and quality departments
Arrange chemical and mechanical testing of incoming material samples
Maintain and update QMS documents, customer specs, and international standard specs (latest revisions on shop floor and server)
Train and upskill quality inspectors; support departmental KPI targets
Review quality documentation packages (dossiers) for accuracy and completeness before customer submission
Support 5S implementation, safety guidelines, and the Company Code of Business Conduct

Diploma or Degree in Engineering
Minimum 3 years' experience in Oil & Gas Equipment Manufacturing
Working knowledge of QMS, internal auditing, and calibration control
Familiar with material certificates, certificates of conformance, and test report review
Confident handling third-party and customer inspections
Strong accountability, customer focus, and a track record of delivering results
