Quality Assurance Engineer

Requirements:

1. Male candidate.
2. Mandatory experience in the solar module industry, preferably with experience in Quality Control (QC), Process Engineering, or Facility Engineering.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
4. Willing and able to travel to India for business trips.
5. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Travel to India to provide technical customer service, identify product-related issues, investigate root causes, and provide appropriate solutions.
2. Supervise and monitor the quality of our products at vendors during the module manufacturing process.
3. Ensure that our products are manufactured in accordance with the required quality standards and specifications.
4. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve quality and product-related issues.
5. Prepare reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions related to product quality.
