Job Summary

Deliver engaging early childhood programs that promote holistic learning and development for preschoolers while partnering with parents to support each child’s growth in a safe and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver quality early childhood programs that promote holistic learning and development for preschool-aged children
• Facilitate children’s natural curiosity by creating a safe and comfortable environment that encourages exploration and discovery
• Collaborate effectively with parents to support and guide their child’s developmental progress through regular communication and partnership

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education, ACEY, HCIC, or an equivalent qualification
• LON in EY2

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues
• Exhibit passion and patience in working with young children to foster a positive learning atmosphere
