• Proven experience in a similar role within hospitality or luxury environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine guest centric approach
• Impeccable grooming and professional presence
• Detail oriented, organized, and composed under pressure
• High integrity, discipline, and sense of responsibility
• Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage
