Business Analyst, Senior Consultant (AI Transformation Project)

The Service Personnel will provide strategic advisory and business analysis support for AI and technology transformation initiatives. The role involves conducting research, synthesizing information, developing communication materials and supporting the articulation of transformation efforts, outcomes and opportunities. Key responsibilities include: Advise on narrative development and communication strategies for AI and technology transformation initiatives. Synthesize information across transformation programmes, including AI adoption, digital innovation projects, governance frameworks, capability-building efforts and strategic partnerships. Develop, review and refine presentations and briefing materials. Provide advisory support for content development, review cycles, messaging refinement and presentation readiness. Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency, accuracy and alignment of messaging across communication products and engagements.
