Commercial Excellence Manager

The role primarily exists to drive sales effectiveness & commercial transformation through pipeline management, sales capability building, and strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and margin, detailed:

• Lead Sales Force Excellence (SFE) framework (pipeline, funnel, conversion)
• Drive sales strategy alignment (vertical focus, segmentation, account planning)
• Own AM&P policy, governance and tracking effectiveness
• Build commercial capabilities (tools, process, training)
• Support CMT...

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Business Planning, or Strategy
• Proven track record in Sales Force Excellence (SFE) including pipeline management & forecasting

Preferred:

• Experience in MNC / B2B / industrial environment
• Exposure to segmentation, vertical strategy, and account planning
