About us Northern Proactive Health is a small, relaxed physiotherapy clinic in Sudbury. Our current team is one chiropractor and one physiotherapist. We see a steady mix of community patients, WSIB clients and physician referrals. We?re growing and looking for another physiotherapist to join us.

Aufgaben

What you?ll do

• Assess and treat patients and build individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and track their progress through to discharge
• Keep documentation that meets College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) standards, and complete WSIB reporting
• Communicate with referring physicians and other providers as needed

Anforderungen

What you need

• Registration in good standing with the CPO, or eligibility for it if you?re a new grad
• Your own professional liability insurance
• A clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
• Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps certificate. This is a free, short online course if you don?t have it yet.
• Strong MSK skills and good communication with patients
• Assets: extra certifications, French (French is not required).

Wir bieten

What we offer

• Fee-for-service split, with typical earnings of $50?60/hour depending on caseload
• Flat-rate pay for admin and charting time
• 30-minute appointments, with a maximum of 2 patients per hour
• A flexible schedule: set your own hours across mornings, days and evenings, Monday to Friday
• A varied caseload of community, WSIB and doctor-referred patients

Contract details This is an independent contractor position, not employment. Because of contractor status, there are no benefits or paid time off. You?ll invoice the clinic and handle your own taxes and HST, if applicable.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected for this position on the basis of their skill, ability, experience and qualifications as identified in the resume and completed Application Form submitted. We reserve the right to conduct a formal interview where required.
