Production Planner

Are you a strong planner with a passion for technical operations? At NHV, our Production Planner plays a key role in ensuring that helicopter maintenance activities are executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Based at our Maintenance Hangar in Ostend, you will be responsible for coordinating the resources required to keep our fleet operational, including manpower, tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Working closely with our Maintenance, Supply Chain, and CAMO teams, you will transform maintenance requirements into practical and efficient work plans while continuously optimizing maintenance scheduling and resource allocation

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, preparing, monitoring, and finalizing maintenance work packages.
• Assigning and tracking manpower requirements for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinating tool and equipment availability with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring all required spare parts and consumables are available on time.
• Monitoring actual versus planned man-hours and optimizing future planning accordingly.
• Tracking the status of helicopters, parts availability, and maintenance progress.
• Collaborating closely with engineers, chief engineers, maintenance planning, Supply Chain, and CAMO.
• Identifying planning bottlenecks and proposing process improvements.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining accurate planning data.
• Contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and information security.

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional who enjoys solving complex planning challenges in a technical environment.

You have:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a technical, engineering, maintenance, or production environment.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of French or another language is considered an asset.
