Expression of interest: Logistical Field Representative

We're looking for candidates interested in a potential role as Logistical Field Representative. This person will be the face to the customer, overseeing the logistics chain between Airbus Helicopters and our customer, including stock and R&O service follow-up.

Responsibilities & Main Result Areas

In-Service Support Package

• Ensure timely replenishment of stock in line with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate the pickup and on-time delivery of R&O items, aligned with the customer’s maintenance planning.
• Actively participate in logistical management meetings.
• Manage both the Contractor’s and Customer’s prepositioned stocks, ensuring the follow-up and timely replenishment or revalidation of life-limited items.
• Oversee the replenishment and updating of Deployment Kits in close coordination with the MoD.
• Represent the MoD in interactions with the Contractor when required.
• Manage critical spare parts matters and support performance reporting in line with contractual KPIs, in close collaboration with the MoD.

Customer Relationship

• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer.
• Possess a solid understanding of the contractual framework and operate effectively within its scope.
• Professionally represent the collaboration between AH and the customer, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of contractual activities to the Contract Manager.
• Monitor and follow up on logistical discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary.
• Work closely with the Customer CAMO to ensure proper maintenance planning, particularly regarding spares and exchange items.

Experience

• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in a supply chain or logistical role
• Experience in aviation MRO is an advantage.
• Experience with customer relations

Skills

• ICT literate (MS Office)
• Basic understanding of Part-145 and CAMO regulations
• Comfortable in interacting with the customer daily
• Languages:
• English: fluent in understanding – writing – speaking is a must
• Knowledge of Dutch and French language is an advantage
• Valid European car driver's license
