Supplier Quality Engineer/Purchasing officer

1. Source Supplier and qualification.
2. Review Purchase order requisition to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
3. Price Bidding comparison.
4. Prepare purchase orders and send purchase order to suppliers and response to user on order status, change or cancellations.
5. Purchase Order control, follow up on time delivery to ensure timely raw material shipment.
6. Suppliers Communication eg. Quality issue /concerns feedback, company requirement information deployment.
7. Cooperate with SQE for Supplier Management System eg. System audit, Supplier Performance Review and feedback for continuous improvement.
8. Prepare, maintains, and review purchases documents, report and price list.
9. Perform the other job assignment as the reference document to follow the company rule and policy.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in any field. Experience: 0–1 year of purchasing or supplier quality Knowledge in basic computer Communication, supplier management & logistical thinking skills TOEIC 450 score (within 1 year) can working immediately new graduated welcome
