Senior Project Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major with proven experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Team player with a proactive and can-do attitude.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

Job Descriptions:

• Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
• Conduct project planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment to ensure projects are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and priorities while monitoring progress against project objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, risks, and key decisions to internal teams and stakeholders, while ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and potential blockers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements, quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.
