SUPERVISOR

Supervise workers to ensure they perform their tasks properly and safely

Monitor work progress and report site issues, delays and manpower requirements to the Project Manager. Coordinate manpower, work schedules, materials and equipment at the construction site. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and workers to coordinate site activities. Assist in checking work quality and rectifying defects or site issues. Maintain daily site records, attendance records, work progress reports and other project documentation. Ensure workers follow workplace safety requirements and site safety procedures.
