Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and AC faults. Inspect office equipment and building systems. Respond quickly to maintenance requests and breakdowns. Conduct routine checks on generators and utility systems. Maintain HVAC and air-conditioning equipment. Carry out basic plumbing repairs and installations. Maintain maintenance logs and report technical issues. Support emergency repairs when required. Follow all health, safety, and technical procedures.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience  A minimum of a degree in a related field  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures
