Investment Project Management Assistant
Responsibilities:
Build and manage the investor and capital acquisition pipeline. Lead investor outreach, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Manage opportunities through due diligence, term sheets, and closing. Support financial models, business cases, investment proposals, and pitch decks. Analyse project financials, funding requirements, returns, and investment structures. Conduct market research to identify funding and investment opportunities. Maintain accurate investor records and provide regular pipeline reports.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin/Chinese (capable of reading/writing reports & bilingual translation);
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Law, Investment Management, Project Management, or related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in investment, due diligence, legal, or business development assistant; Familiar with Nigerian local market norms, administrative procedures, and document processing; Strong communication and coordination skills to assist Chinese management in local external relations; Work experience in Chinese enterprises or educational background in China. Experience in government agency liaison or document clearance.
