OPERATION EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Executive to manage and coordinate daily logistics, freight transportation, and manpower operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational planning, resource management, business coordination, performance monitoring, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily freight transportation, logistics, and manpower operations.
Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
Coordinate vehicle deployment, transportation schedules, delivery routes, and logistics activities.
Analyse operational performance, transport costs, manpower utilisation, and resource requirements.
Work closely with transport supervisors, drivers, and operational teams to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Manage client service requirements, coordinate operational arrangements, and maintain professional customer relationships.
Prepare operational budgets, cost analysis reports, performance evaluations, and management reports.
Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to transportation and manpower management processes.
Coordinate workforce planning, staff deployment, duty schedules, and operational resource allocation.
Monitor compliance with Singapore transport regulations, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.
Assist management in developing business strategies, operational expansion plans, and service improvement initiatives.
Evaluate logistics processes, monitor key performance indicators, and recommend cost-effective operational solutions.
Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and business partners to ensure efficient operations.
Maintain accurate operational records, service agreements, transport documentation, and performance reports.
Support management in implementing digital systems, workflow improvements, and operational planning initiatives.
