Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team and lead our front-of-house service with excellence. You will be the face of our dining experience—delivering exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest feels valued, well-served, and satisfied throughout their visit. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menu and provide detailed information when requested (e.g.,ingredients, preparation methods)
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter then into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks to guests according to service standards
• Ensure tables are clean, organized and properly set before and after service
• Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints politely and efficiently
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
• Follow company SOPs, health, and safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Friendly and polite attitude
• Good in english (spoken and written)
• Ability to memorize and explain menu items
• Have experience in F&B
• Familliar with POS System
• Well groomed
• Can stand/walk long hours
• Able to work shifts, weekends and holidays
• Teamwork and time management skills
• Able to handle pressure and customer complaints
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Good time management and multitasking skills
