Filling and Packaging Engineer

_We are looking for a Filling and Packaging Engineer to join our Process & Packaging team in Allerød. Here, you will work with the design and engineering of technical systems, machinery and packaging solutions for the beverage industry.

You will contribute to projects from initial feasibility, design to tendering, equipment selection, FAT, commissioning and implementation. You may already have experience with packaging, filling or logistics systems, or you may come from a mechanical, mechatronics or similar engineering background with a strong interest in machinery and technical systems.

**You will join our Process & Packaging team in Allerød, where we work across disciplines and departments to deliver engineering solutions for clients within the beverage industry.

We work with both small and large clients and support projects involving the technical systems, equipment and facilities behind beverage production. Our work spans from early-stage design and engineering to procurement, installation and commissioning.

**Your new workday will include

**As a Filling and Packaging Engineer, you will work with the engineering of machinery, technical systems and packaging and filling solutions. Your tasks may include:

Design and engineering of technical systems and machinery for packaging and filling facilities including supporting process installations and logistics systems

Developing technical solutions and layouts for packaging and filling equipment

Preparing design and tender documentation and supporting supplier evaluations

Participating in CAPEX projects, including equipment selection, FAT, commissioning and implementation

Solving technical challenges and optimising solutions directly at packaging and filling facilities

Working with CAD and other engineering/design tools

Collaborating with equipment suppliers, clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams

Following projects through different phases, from concept and design to implementation

Supporting the development of technical documentation and project material

**What We Are Looking For

**We imagine that you have an engineering background and are curious about how technical systems and machinery work. You may already have experience from the beverage, food or packaging industry, but this is not necessarily a requirement.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, process engineering or another relevant technical field

Have some experience working with technical systems, engineering or production equipment

Has an interest in or experience with packaging, filling systems, machinery or production facilities

Has experience with design and engineering of technical systems

Is familiar with CAD and drawing tools, preferably also PDM/PLM systems

Has experience with technical documentation and databases

Has knowledge of or experience with CAPEX projects, FAT, commissioning or implementation of equipment

Has good English skills, both written and spoken

Communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating in a multidisciplinary environment

Is a team player who enjoys working together with colleagues, clients and suppliers

Is technically curious, solution-oriented and motivated by learning how things work

Most importantly, you are curious about engineering, machinery and production systems and motivated to develop your expertise within packaging and filling technology.
