Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Assist clients in purchasing, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market trends and available property listings.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate agreements and ensure smooth transaction completion.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred (Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a Related Field is an Advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Malayalam-speaking candidates are preferred.
