Rework & Picking Location: Milton Keynes Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:40pm Pay: £12.71 per hour Contract: Temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person Newstaff MK are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in Milton Keynes. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and happy working both independently and as part of a team. The role involves picking, packing and rework , including some heavy lifting. The Role Your duties will include: Picking and packing orders for overseas customers Reading and accurately following information on pick notes Using a PC to input and update information Picking customer orders for rework Re-labelling items accurately Repacking products ready for dispatch Checking labels and product information carefully Carrying out general warehouse duties Some heavy lifting will be involved About You The successful candidate will: Have excellent attention to detail, particularly when re-labelling items Be comfortable using a PC and entering information accurately Be able to follow written instructions and pick notes Be reliable and punctual Have a good work ethic and a positive attitude Be happy working on your own as well as part of a team Be comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks and rework duties Have your own safety boots and high-visibility vest Be available to work Monday to Friday, with no weekend work Applicants must be based in the Milton Keynes area.
