English Teacher

Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver engaging English lessons to students. Develop lesson plans, learning materials, assignments, and assessments. Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills. Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback. Monitor students’ progress and provide additional support where necessary. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment. Encourage students to develop strong communication and critical-thinking skills. Keep accurate records of students’ attendance, performance, and progress. Participate in school activities, meetings, and other academic responsibilities. Stay updated on effective teaching methods and educational practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 1–2 years of teaching experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good classroom management skills. Ability to create engaging and student-centred lessons. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant educational tools. Passion for teaching and helping students succeed. Candidates with teaching certifications or relevant professional qualifications will have an added advantage.
