Junior/Senior Accountant(English Proficiency)

We are looking for a detail oriented Junior Accountant/ Senior Accountant to support both management and daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, tax compliance, and efficient financial management.

• Support the Manager in financial planning and daily administrative matters
• Handle accounting duties including invoices, receipts, and expense records
• Prepare journal entries and basic financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and check tax documents including PND 1, PND 3, PND 53, PND 54, and other filings as required by Thai law
• Coordinate with external accountant, auditor, and tax consultant
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS)
• Support inventory reconciliation, cost control, and stock management
• Maintain accurate filing of financial and company documents
• Follow up payments with suppliers and partners
• Assist with scheduling, meetings, and basic management support
• Handle assigned tasks and daily operational errands when required

Qualifications: 27–40 years old Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Experience as a Junior Accountant or similar role Knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, and Thai financial regulations Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting Strong analytical and audit skills with high attention to accuracy Well organized, responsible, and professional working attitude Thai Nationality English at 'Intermediate' is a must Experience in stock and inventory control is a plus Year end closing experience or CPD background is an advantage
