Technical Skills :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship or 1 year of experience in IT support is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain and troubleshoot Laptops, PC Desktops, and Printers.
- Understanding of networking concepts and hands-on experience with Mikrotik.
- Knowledge of IoT devices.
- Basic knowledge of Linux (desktop and terminal).
- Ability to install and configure Access Points, Switches, Routers, and perform cable crimping.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, email configuration, and common business applications.
- Knowledge of IT ticketing systems is a plus.
Soft Skills :
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to assist end users effectively.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple support requests.
- Detail oriented and able to follow standard procedures.
- Willing to work in the field during company events if needed.
- Willing to work during weekends or public holidays.
