Business Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our esteemed gold bullion trading company in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth, establish valuable partnerships, and expand our market presence in the dynamic UAE gold trading sector.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and market share in the gold bullion trading industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders within the UAE and regional markets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and present compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives and ensure seamless delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to bolster brand awareness and credibility.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the precious metals or commodities trading sector, preferably gold bullion.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE gold trading market and established local network is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting professional relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and execute business plans effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.
