Responsibilities Teach swimming lessons to children starting from 4 months old, adapting techniques to age and skill level Create and maintain a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for all students Encourage students to build confidence and develop swimming skills progressively Manage punctual attendance and prepare lesson plans to meet individual learning needs Collaborate with team members to support a positive and motivating atmosphere Participate actively in training sessions to enhance teaching skills and certification Preferred competencies and qualifications Good swimming skills an advantage Confidence in the water to lead lessons Passion for working with babies and children to foster a nurturing learning experience Responsible and punctual work habits to ensure smooth lesson delivery Willingness to learn and grow through provided training and certification support
