Job Description

Manage the end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different sales positions within the company.

Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels (Sales Departments Hiring).

Develop and prepare job descriptions, TA reports and offer letters.

Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company’s outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.

Act as a focal point between internal departments for onboarding.

Requirements

6 months up to 2 years of related experience in HR (real-estate experience is a plus)

Communication and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and initiative taker

Excellent written and spoken English
