Content Strategist

We're looking for someone who loves building great content and making sure every project runs smoothly. Location: Pekanbaru (Hybrid) Work System: Hybrid - work from the office 1-2 days/week (especially during production days). What you'll do:

• Develop content strategies that align with business goals.
• Create content plans and content calendars.
• Analyze content performance and provide actionable reports.
• Prepare clear creative briefs for the production team.
• Manage production timelines and project schedules.
• Coordinate with editors, designers, and videographers.
• Review deliverables (QC) and ensure quality before they're sent to clients.
• Keep projects on track and make sure everything runs smoothly.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing social media brands.
• Can think strategically, not just execute tasks.
• Has strong project management and communication skills.
• Is organized and detail-oriented.
• Has basic English communication skills.
• Bonus points if you can showcase your thought process behind the content strategies you've created.
