UX/UI Designer

JOB SUMMARY :

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling user experiences across web and mobile products — from research and wireframes through to polished, production-ready designs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Maintain and evolve the design system and component library for consistency across products
• Collaborate closely with Product, Business Analysts, and Engineering to ensure design feasibility
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders in Arabic and English
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics data
• Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards
• Partner with engineers during implementation to ensure design fidelity in the final product
• Contribute to brand consistency across digital touchpoints
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience for web and mobile products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process from research to final UI
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and design systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience conducting moderated/unmoderated usability testing
• Familiarity with motion/interaction design and prototyping tools
• Exposure to design-to-development handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode)
• Experience designing for RTL (Arabic) interfaces
