Electrician

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Electrical Technician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment on-site. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electrical installations, fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance, and is comfortable working from technical drawings in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, systems, fixtures, and equipment
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Diagnose electrical faults and carry out timely repairs and maintenance
• Install and maintain distribution boards, circuit breakers, switches, and panels
• Carry out cabling, conduiting, and termination works as per project specifications
• Perform cable tray fitting and cable termination — supporting and routing electrical paths safely using structural brackets, joint plates, and rollers; strip, crimp, and connect conductors to equipment; ensure proper route alignment, mechanical pulling, and secure termination
• Conduct routine testing and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Strictly follow HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines on-site
• Coordinate with site supervisors/engineers and report progress and issues promptly
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in proper, organized condition

Candidate Profile — Electrician

• Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• Experience Required: 1–7 Years
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract Staffing

• Proven experience as an Electrical Technician in construction or maintenance settings/projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with UAE electrical codes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and work from technical/electrical drawings
• Hands-on experience with cable tray installation, termination, and testing tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and coordination skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various environmental conditions
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls if necessary
