We are an established automotive aftermarket parts supplier serving customers throughout the region and are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to join our Kamloops team.

This is an important role within our business. We?re looking for someone who is confident managing the day-to-day accounting function independently, takes ownership of their work, and brings a high level of accuracy, organization and follow-through.

What You?ll Do

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, from day-to-day entries through month-end
• Process Accounts Payable, including invoice review, entry, cheque runs and bill payments
• Manage Accounts Receivable and customer statement runs
• Complete daily receipt entries and account reconciliations
• Process bi-weekly payroll and monthly payroll remittances
• Prepare and file monthly GST returns
• Complete month-end entries, including prepaids and accruals
• Reconcile credit cards and process payments
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist with incoming customer calls and order entry as required
• Provide administrative and accounting support across departments
• Work independently while collaborating with management and the broader team

What You Bring

• 3?5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software; QuickBooks experience is preferred
• Solid understanding of payroll, government remittances and GST filings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet recurring deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A professional, positive and team-oriented approach
• Experience in automotive, parts distribution, wholesale, retail or a similar operational environment is considered an asset
