Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities ·      Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities. ·     Plan and schedule for equipment upkeep and maintenance record including preparing of report. ·     Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively. ·     Carryout any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned. ·     Experience handling in Pumps and Motors, Aircon system and Mechanical ventilation system and work well as a team. ·    Upkeep proper filing system for maintenance records. ·    Scheduling for preventive maintenance works. ·    Managing all types of maintenance breakdowns and ensure all faults are attended. ·    Conduct routine inspection of the premises. ·    Site meeting and liaising with client. Requirements ·       Relevant University Degree in Mechanical Engineering and equivalent with 3 years’ experience or relevant Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and equivalent with 6 years’ experience ·       Class3 license holder will be an advantage
