Job Descriptions

1. Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, activities, timeline, and resource requirements
2. Build and maintain relationship with partners, schools, communities, and goverment aggencies to support project implementation
3. Monitor bbudgets, exppenses, and funding sources, ensuring financial accountability and transparency
4. Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track project progress, assess impact, and identify areas for improvemen
5. Prepare and submit regular progress ro stakeholders
6. Identify training needs and opportunities for capacity building among partners and beneficiarie
7. Represent the organization in relevant forums, conference, and advocacy campaigns to promote education rights and policies.
8. Be responsive to the team 9. Plan and execute to tap the Minimum Viable Community (MVC) Program with impactful CF and virality
9. Monitor and report on project progress in well documented

• SROI
• Narrative report for Website and Yearly Report
• Discuss and update the 6 impacts of the project (virality, CF, youth development, collaboration, beneficiaries,authority)

Qualificatios

• Male/female
• Min S1 Social or other relevant field
• Min 3 years experience as Program manager/development in NGO
• Have Knowledge about SROI
• Capable of working both in the office and at program locations
