Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities Handle full sets of accounts Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management & cash flow reports Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing financial reporting to management Assist the Finance Manager in all related areas such as statutory audit, corporate tax and GST Coordinate and liaise with parties such as external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company Job Requirement Possess LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or related discipline Experience in property management accounting / MCST accounts Familiar with GST filing and IRAS Minimum 2 years relevant experience Pleasant deposition with a positive attitude and a good team player Attention to detail, good time management and organizing skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Hands-on working knowledge on MYOB is a plus
