SMT IQA/QC technician

IQA Technician: 1、Machine maintainace and maintainace document prepare.检验设备维护及周期性保养,保养文件编写； 2、Read and understand product/material drawing and training inspector inspection.产品或原材料图纸解读并培训检验员进行检验； 3、inspection machine operation training.作业员设备操作技能培训； 4、product/material inspection and measurement.产品物料检验及量测； 5、Study inspection/measurement method.检验测量方法研究; 6、follow stand format to finish inspection report.按指定格式完成检验测量报告. 7、Any other duties that supervisor assigned.主管安排的其他工作； QC leader: 1、Arrange inspector daily jod, monitor inspector follow WI to do.管理及安排检验人员工作，并确认员工按要求作业； 2、Response 5S of working area, lead member to finish machine maintain and record.负责工作区域的5S，安排员工完成设备点检及记录； 3、Training new inspector and machine operation.培训新进员工岗位作业，设备操作技能培训； 4、Collect, summarize and record shift inspection result, buyoff inspection result, any abnormal data should be highlight to supervisor.本班别数据整理及检验记录填写报告，对检验结果进行确认，复核，生产能力及异常情况的输入和汇总并报告上级; 5、Daily and weekly report summarize and report prepare.日报，周报数据提供及完成日报，周报;

Qualifications: College graduate or above.大专及以上学历 Able to support overtime and rotating shift arrangement.能够支持加班和轮班安排 Familiar with IPC-610, IPC-6013, quality tools and additional knowledge with OGP/CMM measurement is preferred.熟悉IPC-610, IPC-6013，质量工具，有OGP/CMM测量知识者优先 Able to read and comprehend english drawing/ specification by Translation tool.能够阅读和理解英文图纸/说明书通过翻译工具 Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力 Fluency in English or Chinese is preferred.英语或者中文者优先考虑。
