SMT AVI Engineer

1.负责AVI设备检出良率优化和改进，确保生产过程稳定可靠； Responsible for optimizing and improving the yield rate of AVI equipment, and ensuring the stability and reliability of the production process.; 2.具备扎实的图像处理技术知识和经验，能够独立解决复杂技术问题;

1. Possess solid knowledge and experience in image processing techniques, and be capable of independently solving complex technical problems;
2. 在工业领域对深度学习有一定应用经验；

Have certain application experience in deep learning in the industrial field; 4.进行检测技术创新，引入新的检测方法和设备，提高生产效率和产品质量； Carry out technological innovation in testing, introduce new testing methods and equipment, and enhance production efficiency and product quality; equipment, enhance production efficiency and product quality; 5.外观检测和封装集成设备技术开发和导入； Development and import of appearance inspection and packaging integrated equipment technology; 6.具备丰富的项目管理经验，能够制定项目计划，推动项目进展并保证项目质量; Rich project management experience, able to develop project plan, drive project progress and ensure project quality;

Qualifications: 本科及以上学历，电子工程、材料科学等相关专业背景； Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic engineering, material science or related 至少5年以上AVI 检测相关工作经验，熟悉AVI检测行业和技术发展趋势; At least 5 years working experience in AVI equipment, familiar with AVI detection industry and technology development trend; 英语听说读写能力良好：Good command of spoken and written English 有良好的沟通能力,包括与供应商和其它职能部门,良好的团队合作能力 Have good communication skills, with suppliers and internal departments; Good Team work; 足够的办公软件应用技能; Enough skill of office software application;
