zOperate and maintain assigned machinery and equipment.Assist in engine room watchkeeping and daily operations. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery. Monitor fuel, lubricating oil, and other engine room systems. Assist in troubleshooting and repair of machinery. Maintain proper records and engine room logs. Follow safety, environmental, and company procedures. Assist the Chief Engineer and other engine officers as required.
