💰 Salary : Up to $5,500
📍 Location : Boon Lay MRT
🕐 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
📅 Contract: 6-Month Maternity Cover
Our client is an established Singapore-based M&E engineering and construction company specialising in mechanical and electrical engineering solutions. This role will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts and supporting project-related financial activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of management accounts, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Follow up closely with project teams on billing and collection forecasts
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings
- Prepare information and schedules for annual tax submission
- Liaise with external tax agents and auditors
- Assist with project budgeting and costing
- Monitor project-related financial information and support cost management
- Perform other ad-hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Candidates from M&E engineering, construction, engineering, industrial or manufacturing sectors are preferred
