MEP Project Executive

Movade Innovations Pte Ltd is a growing MEP company specialising in high-end luxury retail and boutique fit-out projects across Singapore and the region. We are looking for a responsible and proactive MEP Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects.

Your tasks

The role is hands-on and site-based, involving close coordination with subcontractors, consultants, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards. This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy fast-paced project environments and are looking to grow with an expanding company.

-Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing MEP works in accordance with the project schedule.

-Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

-Monitor daily site progress and ensure MEP works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

-Arrange site inspections, meetings, material deliveries, and work schedules.

-Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, material submissions, and technical documentation.

-Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, work schedules, and other project-related documents.

-Monitor project costs, material usage, and subcontractor performance.

-Ensure all MEP works comply with safety requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.

-Assist in resolving site coordination issues and follow up on outstanding works.

-Coordinate testing and commissioning, defect rectification, and project handover.

-Report project progress, issues, and potential delays to the Project Manager.
