We are especially interested in applicants from Egypt with German language skills and previous experience in hotels, resorts, reception, guest relations or tourism. Your Responsibilities Welcoming and assisting guests

Check-in and check-out

Answering guest questions in person, by phone and by email

Providing information about the hotel, the region and local activities

Handling reservations and guest requests

Supporting smooth daily reception operations

Communicating with other hotel departments

Ensuring friendly and professional guest service

Your Profile You are a good fit for us if you: speak German at least at B1 level

have previous experience in hotel reception, guest relations or tourism

are friendly, reliable and service-oriented

enjoy working with international guests

are comfortable communicating in German

work well in a team

are willing to work in Austria during the winter season from December to March

are motivated to work in a seasonal hotel environment

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Valid passport
